Delivery, Setup & Collection

• You will have the spa package from Thursday to Monday or Friday to Tuesday. Access can be through a standard doorway or side entrance.

• Setup takes about 2 hours and about 2 hours to fill each hot tub with water. Dependant on ambient temperature it will take up to 24 hours to get to optimum temperature. You could add warm water if you want to use it on Thursday, we can provide universal tap adapters which fit most indoor taps. We will add chemicals and leave you with additional chemicals and easy to use instructions to maintain the water quality throughout your hire period. All hot tubs come with a RCD (residual circuit device) to ensure your safety.

• Collection is on Monday or Tuesday. We require electricity to empty the hot tubs with a water pump. We will empty it, clean it and take it away so there's nothing for you to do.

Terms of Hire

• The ground must be level, at least 5m x 2m where each hot tub will be positioned in order for it to function properly.
• At all times ensure animals are a safe distance away from the hot tub.
• No smoking in or near the hot tub.
