Following the latest government statement we are open and operating strictly under the following conditions:

1) Our equipment is for SAME HOUSEHOLD OCCUPANTS ONLY. You will not be able to invite friends or family members.

2) We require clear side or rear access, we cannot carry equipment through your home.

3) Delivery is contactless so you must stay indoors while we set up and collect our equipment.

4) Payments are made online before setup, no cash accepted on delivery.

5) We are unable to setup if any household occupants are being shielded.

6) Social distancing measures adhered to at all times.

All residential bookings will be honoured. All AirBnB and holiday cottage bookings for the next three weeks are to be rescheduled as the government wish people to return to and stay in their primary residence.

We are taking every precaution to maintain a hygienic and safe environment. Our equipment is fully sanitised before and after each hire, our staff is professionally trained on water hygiene management and environmental cleaning during Covid-19 outbreak - certificates available on request.
