Delivery, Setup and Collection

Delivery is from 8am - 12pm, unless requested otherwise.
Setup takes about 30 mins and about 30 min to pack away - please factor this into your booking.
Collection starts at 5pm and we will confirm your slot nearer to the time. If you require a guaranteed collection slot between 5pm - 8pm then there may be a late pickup charge of £10 - £30 or else overnight hire may be possible for £30 provided it's in a secure lockup area.

£20 non-refundable booking fee payable when booking to secure booking (within 48 hours at the latest), deducted from final balance.

No food, drinks or gum is allowed on or near the Bouncy Castle.
All footwear, glasses, jewellery must be removed before using the Bouncy Castle.
No pets, toys or sharp instruments is allowed on or near the Bouncy Castle.
No smoking or cooking equipment is allowed near the Bouncy Castle.
